Personal Bio: I was educated at the University of California, BA Biology(guess the campus);  also spent two years studying Business Administration at the local J.C.   I wanted to be a doctor but got caught, in the fast tracks.  Been licensed since 2000.  Started out doing Investment Real Estate with a big shot nice guy out of China in the San Francisco South Bay.  I did okay for a couple years of it.  He overplayed his hand, though, bad for us both, and I removed myself.  Then, traveled for a year, all 48 U.S. states.  I became a mortgage broker and still am, and now have extensive background in Mortgage Financing.  Currently I specialize in resale of anything real estate that I can get or the finance of anything real estate.  I usually am available.  I work 5 to 7 1/2 days a week from my office in a small strip mall in tiny Clearlake Oaks, California; waiting for the phone to ring.  I am a caring soul, too much most times. Slightly nuts.  I will work very hard to get you what you are looking for.  I love beautiful Lake County with it's daunting big Lake, it's easy to work here.  I am not a dummy, but no shear genius either.  Athletic type, if you're interested in a foot race.  Big thrill: I drive my little white pick-up and my big Minivan; to haul around buyers.  I have commercial auto insurance.  For ever, I pick at the guitar and try to learn Spanish.  I like real estate, I am self-employed.   I worship my customers and try to do good.  Call me and wake me up if you want to do business and be worshipped.  Still waiting for the big deal.  Amen
